Yes, I actually did tell Mikey and Davey all about how Aunt Stacey used to work at the fire station too. He thought that was cool. I think he’s considering being a firefighter now.

Did you know I “worked” at the fire station my senior year in high school? I took a course where I trained with the firefighters twice a week for one semester. I did presentations for kids, drove the truck, climbed the ladder, ran with the hose, cooked in the kitchen, operated the jaws of life, etc. I even went to the Houston Fire Academy for a few days to train. It was a lot of fun! Glad y’all had fun too!

Wow, the boys DO look like you. I always thought they did, but seeing your baby picture sure confirms it. Boys’ names were so hard for us . I’ll be interested to see what you come up with!

Carolyn-

What a sweet boy you have there. Hilarious that he wrote to Santa, but even more hilarious that you were glued to the bunny. Why is there never acetone when you need it?? It is a very claustrophobic feeling I tell ya being glued to something. Maybe you should try sticking your tongue to a pole this winter; no acetone needed for that one. Let me know what happens!
